The Orthodox Easter Divine Liturgy will be celebrated in Glerárkirkja (www.glerarkirkja.is) in Akureyri.The beginning of the Orthodox Easter service is on Friday, May 1, 2009 at 10.00.
The blessing of the Easter food (like Easter eggs, cakes, etc.) will take place before and after Liturgy.
For those who would like to participate in Holy Communion, the Confession will start at 9.30.
